We offer private lessons online through Google Chat and Google Meet, as well as in person out of our Granby, MA location, on Mandolin, Fiddle, Guitar and Tenor Banjo.
Here's a message from Adam Sweet, CEO:
I am excited to offer music lessons to students of all ages and locations. As a skilled musician, private music teacher, and photographer, I specialize in a variety of stringed instruments, including the violin and fiddle, mandolin-family instruments, Irish tenor banjo, Irish bouzouki, and acoustic guitar. Additionally, I offer instruction in viola, mandola, mandocello, and octave mandolin.
I am experienced in teaching a diverse range of music styles, including bluegrass, country, Celtic, Irish, Cape Breton, Quebecois, Cajun, jazz, traditional Irish, and classical. My lessons are held in person at my home in Granby, MA and online and are available at the following times: 9am-12noon and 4pm-7pm Eastern Time Monday – Wednesday.
Check the Reviews page to read what our current students are saying about us.
In addition to my lesson times, we are now offering Guitar lessons with David G. Monday, Thursday 3pm-7pm, Banjo lessons with Rich S., Bouzouki lessons with Dierdre W., and Erhu lessons with Xiao Z. Please contact us to learn how to register

- Before starting lessons, please take the time to review the studio's FAQ page, as there are important details that you should be aware of. If you have not yet received an invitation to join Google Chat/Meet, please make sure that you have registered for lessons.
- Online lessons are similar to in-person lessons, with the main difference being a slight delay in transmission due to a slow connection. However, this is rare as most students have high-speed connections and do not experience any delay or degradation.
- We have instruments for rent. We rent all of the instruments we teach: violin, mandolin, bouzouki, guitar, banjo, harp. Learn more!
